What does A/B Testing mean?

A scientific method of comparing two versions (A and B) of a webpage, email, or ad to determine which performs better.

Full definition

Traffic is randomly split: 50% see the original version (A), 50% see the variation (B) which has only one modification (e.g., button color, text hook). Conversion data determines the winner statistically.

Why is it important?

A/B testing eliminates decisions based on 'gut feeling'. It is the engine of continuous Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

The Jour de Chance approach

"We embed a culture of massive testing ('High Tempo Testing') across all our layers (Video Creative, Landing Pages, Targeting). We never assume what will work; we let your customers' mathematics decide the budget via tight iteration cycles."
