One formula, three answers

Offline and digital media share one core equation: Impressions = Reach × Frequency. Pick the metric you need, enter the other two, and the tool solves it — then adds the GRP, the % of your audience reached and an estimated budget from your CPM.

Read the effective-frequency gauge

Frequency is where campaigns are won or wasted. Under 2× and your message barely registers; 2–5× is the sweet spot for most campaigns; 5–10× suits launches and peak moments; beyond ~10× you risk saturation and creative wearout. The gauge places your campaign instantly.

Frequently asked questions

Which metric should I solve for?

Solve for Impressions when you have a reach + frequency goal; for Reach when you have a fixed impression volume; for Frequency to check exposure on an existing plan.

How is the budget estimated?

Budget = (impressions ÷ 1000) × CPM. Enter your channel's CPM to get a directional spend figure.

Is reach the same as people?

We treat reach as unique people. Some platforms count unique devices or cookies instead, so real-world reach can differ slightly.
