At Jour de Chance, we attach great importance to the confidentiality of your data. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you browse our site or use our services.

1. Data Controller

2. Collected Data

We may collect the following information:

• Contact and audit request forms: first name, last name, email address, type of request and message; for audit requests, your website address and indicative budget.
• Client relationship: business contact details of your team members, contractual and billing information.
• B2B prospecting: name, job title, company and business contact details, obtained from public sources or professional databases.
• Browsing data, with your consent: pages visited, device and browser type, cookie identifiers (Google Analytics) and information identifying the company from which you visit the site (Apollo.io).

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

• Responding to your contact or audit requests: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
• Managing the client relationship (contracts, invoicing, accounting): performance of the contract and legal obligations.
• Sending you information and commercial proposals related to your professional activity: our legitimate interest. You may object at any time.
• Measuring site traffic and identifying the companies that visit it: your consent.
• Protecting the site and our forms against spam and abuse: our legitimate interest.

We never sell or rent your data to third parties.

4. Recipients and Service Providers

Your data is intended for the Jour de Chance team. It is also processed on our behalf by our technical service providers:

• Google Cloud: website hosting;
• Cloudflare: website delivery and security, anti-spam protection for forms (Turnstile);
• Resend: sending of form-related emails;
• Attio: client relationship management;
• Google (Tag Manager, Analytics): measurement of site traffic and of our advertising campaigns;
• Apollo.io: identification of visiting companies and B2B prospecting;
• consentmanager: collection and management of your cookie choices.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. Such transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR: an adequacy decision of the European Commission (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified companies) or standard contractual clauses.

5. Data Retention

Prospect data is kept for a period of 3 years from the last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived in accordance with legal obligations (10 years for accounting records).

6. Cookies and Trackers

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse non-essential cookies. Audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics) and visiting-company identification cookies (Apollo.io) are only set with your consent. You can change your choices at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, the right to object, in particular to commercial prospecting, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also set instructions regarding what happens to your data after your death.

8. Security

Our site is hosted on secure infrastructures (Google Cloud) and all communications are encrypted via the HTTPS protocol.
